The host was incredibly helpful and polite, providing maps and delicious mint tea to help us relax. the authentic and colorful decor added to the overall charm of the place. the rooftop terrace with sun loungers was a great spot to unwind.
There were some issues with communication and transportation. the taxi service from the airport was expensive and there was a language barrier with the staff.

Staying in the heart of a bustling Moroccan city was an adventure, and the hotel's location made it easy to explore all the old town's sights and sounds. We loved the easy access to the local market, where we found plenty of fresh ingredients to prepare our own meals. the rooms were spacious and comfortably furnished, and the breakfast spread left us feeling satisfied and ready for our daily adventures.
The hotel only accepted cash payments, which was a little inconvenient as we weren't aware of this beforehand.

Great Easter break! Had a lovely time during our Easter break at this hotel. the staff was very attentive and friendly, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. the hotel is located a stone's throw from the main landmarks, making it very easy to explore the city on foot. the breakfast was simple but delicious, and we enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere by the small pool.
Room design not very practical, and slow Wi-Fi. the bathroom design was not very practical, with no privacy at all and no working Wi-Fi in the room.

We especially loved the terrace and garden furniture, where we could relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The restaurant and bar/lounge area provided delicious dinner options and special diet menus. The staff were friendly and attentive, making us feel truly valued as guests. Wonderful atmosphere and warm hospitality. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The location was also fantastic, just a short walk from the main square and surrounded by great shopping. The room was clean and the daily housekeeping was a nice touch.
The bathroom design was a bit inconvenient, with the toilet and bathtub in the same open space as the bed. It would have been better to have a separate room for the bathroom.
